Hey... My students from Teens 4 learned about food, so we decided to do a Food Guide Pyramid.
The Food Guide Pyramid is one way for people to understand how to eat healthy. It's an outline of what to eat each day. It’s not a rigid prescription, but a general guide that lets you choose a healthful diet that’s right for you.
